The Astros Nike Jr. RBI League is set to begin the week of March 24, 2025 and conclude on May 2, 2025. The FREE league is a baseball/softball league for boys and girls ages 7-14 at the Houston Astros Youth Academy (AYA) located at Sylvester Turner Park. The league will be directed by the Houston Astros AYA Staff.  Please use the attached link to register for the league.

Parents who are interested in volunteer coaching please download the attached Volunteer Application form and e-mail it to: aya@astros.com. Volunteer coaches will be subject to a background check and drug screening by the Houston Astros before being allowed to coach. Volunteer Forms must be submitted by March 10, 2025.

Competitive League Play

League Dates: March 24, 2025 to May 2, 2025

Girls Softball 10U (ages 7-10)

Girls Softball 14U (ages 11-14)

Boys Baseball A-Division (ages 7-9)

Boys Baseball AA-Division (ages 9-12)

Boys Baseball AAA-Division (ages 12-14)

Players that are 7 years of age by May 1, 2025 or that turn 14 years of age prior to December 31, 2025 are eligible to participate.

All games played at the Astros Youth Academy weeknights (Monday - Thursday) at 7:00 p.m. Each division will play 2 games each week.

All players will be placed in divisions based on both age and evaluated skill level by AYA Staff. All players will make a team there are NO CUTS. 

Each player MUST attend the evaluation date listed below by current age.
