The 4th Annual Cactus Jack HBCU Classic is set for Saturday, April 11, 2026 at Daikin Park. The Classic, is an annual, collegiate baseball classic designed by the Astros Youth Academy and Astros Foundation to highlight Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and their baseball programs.
The Classic will feature Houston-area Prairie View A&M (PVAMU) and Texas Southern University (TSU), and University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and Alcorn State University.
- Two (2) games each on Saturday – April 11, 2026
- College/Career fair hosted by the Astros Youth Academy highlighting over 100 colleges, universities and companies.
- Divine 9/HBCU Alumni Happy Hour

VENDORS
Vendor Booths are available for the 2026 Cactus Jack HBCU Classic. Booths will be set up on Saturday, April 11 along the main concourse of Daikin Park to ensure maximum exposure to tournament attendees. Standard booths will be 10'x10'. Larger sized booths will be 10'x20'. All vendors will need to obtain a Certificate of Liability Insurance to enter Daikin Park. Vendor Booths include:
10'x10' - (1) 6ft. table + black linen + (2) banquet chairs + (4) Booth/Vendor Badges - Cost: $200.000
10'x20' - (2) 6ft. table + black linen + (4) banquet chairs + (4) Booth/Vendor Badges - Cost: $300.000
