ASTROS YOUTH ACADEMY - PLAY BALL WEEKEND

DUE TO FIELD CONDITIONS AND FORECAST OF INCLEMENT WEATHER THE EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. THE EVENT WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED.

The Houston Astros in conjunction with the Astros Youth Academy will be hosting a Play Ball Clinic on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at Sylvester Turner Park (2801 S. Victory Dr., 77088) for the Texas Special Olympics. Clinic is FREE and will be from 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. Clinic is for boys and girls ages 7 and up and will be limited to the first 100 participants to sign up. Please wear shorts/athletic attire and tennis shoes. No crocs, slides or open toe shoes. Participants can bring glove/equipment but equipment is not required to attend the clinic. Bats will be provided and all participants are asked to bring at least 2-3 bottles of water or water jug for hydration. Parents/family will be allowed on the field to participate with players.
